Near Infrared Light Therapy

Near-infrared light is the most powerful of all light frequencies, whose wavelengths are on the invisible part of the light spectrum. Near infrared light (or just red light) therapy uses this light to penetrate and heal the body and brain’s cells. Red light therapy minimizes destructive cellular processes and maximizes the constructive, health-promoting cellular processes.

What to expect from Near Infrared Light Therapy:

You will sit in front of a bright, red light. It will be angled on your affected body part(s) and/or you will look directly into the light. For some people, the effects of red light therapy can be subtle, others may notice something immediately. I usually notice that I feel clearer and more energized after sitting in front of the light.
